These tandem axel Walk-in Coolrooms are perfect for DYI Butchers, whether you are looking at harvesting Sheep, cattle or pigs. Our Coolrooms have two hanging rails with a weight Capacity of 300kg per rail.
We also have Stainless Steel Rail Hooks and ‘S’ hooks for hire if you need. We’ve got you covered!

What Temperature are Coolrooms and Freezers set at?
A mobile Coolroom and Freezer gives you ample space to cool your food, drinks or anything else you need. Our Mobile Coolrooms are set at 2 degrees, however have a range of 0 degrees upwards. Our Mobile freezers are at set at -18 degrees, however can also be adjusted if required.
How long can I hire a Coolroom/Freezer for?
You can hire for as long as you need. A day, a week, a month or a year, is OK with us. Please contact us to discuss the best price for the length of time required.
Is delivery available?
Yes we can deliver and pick-up where ever required. Please contact us for a quote on delivery. Alternatively, all Coolrooms/Freezers are located in Maiden Gully if you prefer to pick up yourself.
How do I know I’ll have enough space for my Coolroom/Freezer?
When choosing which coolroom/freezer is right for you, you may be concerned about your available space. We are happy to make suggestions to accommodate your available height, length and width. Please check the exact dimensions with our friendly staff to ensure the Coolroom will fit in your available space.
Can I park my Coolroom/Freezer anywhere?
Any and every refrigeration unit required (fairly) flat, level, solid ground to run most efficiently. The wheels should be chocked to prevent movement (chocks are provided for you). Please discuss unit heights with us if you require tight or low access.
What size/type of Coolroom should I hire?
Depending on the size of your event and how you want to use your Coolroom, there are three main options.
6x4ft Coolrooms are ideal for home parties and small events, while larger Walk-in Coolrooms may be better for larger scale functions and catering. The Porta Bar Coolrooms (6x4ft & 8x5ft) have glass door access and are perfect for displaying and storing beverages and food, and also allowing guests to easily access and self-service. These Coolrooms are perfect for markets and stalls selling food and beverages, and are very popular for weddings and parties, as guests can access their own drinks as needed.
